All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and shipped. We do not accept returns of products that have left our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with locating delayed or lost shipments.
If your tracking information indicates a delivery issue, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the matter.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or fulfillment. Because orders are often processed quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be approved once order processing has begun.
